Elegant three level Brittany-style residence with 3 terraces.  Unique and very private.  Let yourself relax peacefully on one of the three terraces by enjoying the nature that surrounds you (marine animal-life, boat watching, Le Massif Tourist Train, etc.).  Abundant wood trim and windows.   Nearby the boutiques, art galeries and favourite activities of Charlevoix (skiing resorts - Le Massif and Mont Grand-Fonds, hiking, golfing, sea and river kayak, biking, etc).   Presently, this residence is used as a Tourist rental House.  Average touristic revenue in the range of $15,000 ++ annually.....   Here are some comments from tourists who had stayed in our house:
