Cottage 2001, located in the beautiful surroundings of Domaine des Cygnes, on a quiet , family and searched street. No neighbors in front, within a reasonable distance from the train and the many services like grocery, pharmacies, medical clinics, SAQ and many other businesses. Near highways 30 and 116.
Sunny property and well maintained. " Clé en main" with pool and large terrace paved. Sunshine all day. Courtyard bordered by a magnificent cedar hedge and fence of 6 feet Frost, diverse and complete landscaping.
Slow combustion at the lounge. Large kitchen with lots of storage, double sink and garbage disposal. Enclosed vestibule with French doors. 3 bedrooms upstairs and a possibility to an additional bedroom . Finished basement with separate laundry room and lots of storage, garage with "mezzanine", air exchanger, central vacuum.
