The bathroom on the second floor has a double bath tub, and heating floor. The house has a thermo-pump, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace that keeps the temperature pleasant all year round. The kitchen, dinning room and living room are all part of an open space. All appliances are stainless steel and the cabinets are a nice Bourgogne color. The house is situated in a safe closed street, where kids can play safely. The atmosphere is peaceful and friendly, and there is a park at the corner of the street where only the neighborhood kids gather to play. Garage with electric door, and space for a second fridge.
