Bungalow very enlightened with 3 bedrooms, floors of wood frank and ceramic. Vast basement with area opened with slow combustion wood stove(purchase in 2010) being able to warm all the house. kitchen cupboards in oak; very big master bedroom. Large garage attached by 17 feet by 23 feet isolated and warmed with electric garage door with access by the basement; wall Air conditioner, air exchanger and central vacuum system. Steel roof enamelled (2008) of a life expectancy of 50 years. New septic tank in concrete ( 2010 ) of 950 gallons.
Also a very enlightened bi-generation built in 2004, with direct access to the main house by the basement, being able to either generate rental revenues, or serve as office for a professional, or accommodate a family member.A bedroom on the ground floor with modern bathroom with heating floor; functional kitchen with patio door; attractive lounge with magnificent view on the nature; a room in the basement with very big lounge.
