Condo, all concrete ( floor, sealing and walls). 1400 sq. feet. Exceptioonal insonnorisation. Floors and doors finished in oak. Very low condo fees and heating cost. Huge terrasse ( 500 pi.ca.) made in cedar ( 2008), with a spectacular view over the Mt-Royal mountain and University of Montreal. One block from the university. Two garage spaces and private locker. Metro station at walking distance ( 2 min.)
Roofs had been done with elastomer in 2005 and 2007.
