Beautiful condo with garage and an outside parking, located in a quiet area with magnificent views over the wooded front and rear. The unit is located on 2nd floor, is well lit by windows in each room and has a large front balcony. Ceramic tile floor and hardwood, according to the room.
The unit includes a wall air conditioner, electric fireplace, the Ogee in the living room and dining room, an air exchanger, lighting, real wood blinds and installation for alarm system and central vacuum.
The location of the condo is very advantageous. The condo is located minutes from Highway 20, the commuter train line with a shuttle service and walking distance trails.
