Great condo 2005 (only one owner) located on the last floor in the corner of the building and near the golf, two minutes of walk to autobus Chevrier (20 minutes to downtown Montréal), also near from quartier dix 30.

Highway 10 and 30 and Champlain bridge are about 2 minutes from the condo . At two minutes walk from to golf of Brossard

The condo is on one floor, wide, the rooms are good size. In the living room there are great windows . In this living room there is a natural gas fireplace. The floor is enginering wood type Jatoba and it has a great color. The bath room has one shower, one big bath and heating floor. The kitchen is well fitted with lots of cabinets. The main bedroom is pretty large with closet (2 sides)There are on balcony that is about 10 foot large by about 5 foot. On the second balcony there is a small storage shed.

There is a wall air conditionair that gives excellent temperature in the condo

to simplify your home cleaning, there is a central vacuum
