Mont-Tremblant resort, 1 bedroom condo, ski-in-ski-out,in Le Lodge de la Montagne, on 5th floor, 445 square feet, with rental pool revenue ($8700), gaz fireplace, kitchen, 1 queen bed in bedroom, 1 double sofa-bed in living room. Entirely furnished and equipped. Great view from the two large dormer windows. 1 interior parking space and a large storage space in the underground garage. Owners of this condo become members of the Club des Montagnards with exclusive benefits only for Intrawest proprerty owners. They can also obtain the Mt-Tremblant Citizen card for access to beaches, hiking trails, etc. 36 days of personal use allowed through the rental pool.
