Bright spacious corner condo with large windows for ample sunshine in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Access to multiple bus routes; very close to new highway 25 to laval and to the 40. Within walking distance to the Rivière des Prairies waterway; to a bicycle path; a pedestrian walkway. An operational and sanctioned wood fireplace. Very well soundproofed, with a 2" (50 mm) concrete floor under the engineered wood. Brand new aluminum windows (8 excluding 2 patio doors) installed November 2011. Kitchen renovated around 2007 with wooden cabinets and ceramic countertop. 2 balconies one in the front and a larger one in the back.
