Owners’ comments
Magnificent modern condo ‘’Town House’’ style, two full stories (this concept is unique in Laval). Many extras, plus two rear balconies cedar (on 2 stories), a front terrace in paved stone, a private land, a large bathroom, 2 large walk-in closet, 2 large bedrooms, lots of windows, etc. ... The condo is in excellent condition, almost new and the decor is very tasteful (decorator).
Warranty ‘’Qualité Habitation’’ until 2016, transferred to the buyer.
18,000 BTU air conditioning, brand new white glossy backsplash, hardwood floors on both stories, modern O'gees throughout the first floor, central vacuum, several lamps and fixtures, air exchanger and alarm system, all included.
