The bachelor has been completely renovated at the end of 2011. Each appartement had some renovations recently: new kitchen in the 3 appartements, new bathroom in the bachelor and recently redone on the second floor, wood floors has been redone this summer in the 3 apartments. The 4 front exterior doors are new. The heating systems are separate; its electric for the bachelor and 1st floor and natural gaz for the second floor (new Viessmann natural gaz heating system).The actuals tenant of the second floor appartement are paying 1025$ a month and are also paying their own electricity and heating bills. You can expect 600$ for the bachelor.
The backyard and deck are of good dimensions for the location. This duplex is at 5 minutes walking distance maximum of day-care centers, schools, McDonald parc, drugstores, Snowdon metro, convient stores, restaurants and grocery store.
No garage, but parking in the street is really easy most of the time.
