Otherwise, the bachelor can also be used by the 1st floor occupant. The first floor and also the bachelor are available for immediate occupancy of the future owner.

The bachelor has been completely renovated at the end of 2011.  Each appartement had some renovations recently: new kitchen in the 3 appartements, new bathroom in the bachelor and recently redone on the second floor, wood floors has been redone this summer in the 3 apartments. The 4 front exterior doors are new. The heating systems are separate; it’s electric for the bachelor and 1st floor and natural gaz for the second floor (new Viessmann natural gaz heating system).The actuals tenant of the second floor appartement are paying 1025$ a month and are also paying their own electricity and heating bills.  You can expect 600$ for the bachelor.
