Bromont route Pierre-Laporte, large house with 1512sf plus large basement of 1612sf ideal for storage. In addition to that this house provides good blueberry revenues enjoying a unique location less than an hour from Montreal and less than a half km of the highway 10
There are approximately 850 blueberry plants that provide an income and an excellent semi-retirement project. There is a very good traffic and excellent visibility. The land is an area of 1.9 acres. The site is well landscaped with beautiful mature trees and a pond, there is a view of Mount Bromont.
