Ces temps-ci, beaucoup de particuliers téléphonaient pour visiter la maison. Il y a un "boom" immobilier en ce moment (nov.09). Du moins pour les maisons dans ces prix. Ce fut un peu plus long pour avoir un prix de vente convenable vu toutes les rénovations qui ont été effectuées sur ma maison. Il ne suffit que d'un acheteur. Mais le bon, pour qui la maison est vraiment ce qu'il cherchait. La vente de ma maison est beaucoup plus agréable que l'achat.
