The one room is tastefully decorated in shades of white and blue. You will find the amenities of cold and hot water plus a small refrigerator to keep your soft drinks and wine bottles.
The second room houses the pool filtration and heating system. In addition, you will find handy storage space for pool apparatus and other items.

''The Landscaping'': the property is delimited by a large cedar hedge giving much privacy and sense of solitude. The country style landscape of about 200 feet by 250 feet is simple and elegant. Several different species of trees, shrubs and flowers provide an explosion of color and fragrance changing with the seasons. A clever planning environment has allowed us to install seven water taps and six electrical circuits in the periphery of the land.
