Warm country house in a unique style without immediate neighbor and in a good distance of the road for the lovers of nature, outdoor and serenity. Situated at 1h15 of Quebec, 1h00 of Trois-Rivières and 2h15 of Montreal, this house is a real haven of peace. Behind the house there is also an isolated barn offering more than 1000 square feet of surface used as a workshop.

Built on an immense land of 3,9 he (425 402 +/-pi.c) with fitted out paths which surround the domain, this place will know how to charm you by its particular architecture. The round part of the house gives the impression of living in the heart of a tree. Furthermore, this house offers a very good period of sunshine.

During the summer season, there is also a charming hut which can welcome 2 persons. You will find near by, a wild section of the river Batiscan where it's good to swim, a magnificent center of cross-country skiing in forest (center of ski The Blue Jay), numerous lakes of which the immense Lake of Jesuits at the back of the village where it is possible to make of the boat, a horse riding center, the park of Mauricie for outdoor activities during winter as in summer, a golf club St-Rémy offering a 18 holes course, the zec Tawachiche and the Hosanna club where it is possible to make excursions of dog sleds and several other activities.

Behind the house, there is an ancient small lake which was hollowed out for the need at this moment, but possibility of recreating it with system of aeration so to have an ecological swimming pool during the summer and ice area for skating during the winter.

Dispensations are in progress to allow a usage of the house as a Bed and Breakfast with the possibility to install tents prospectors or yurts for the dinner guests on the ground. The dispensation was accepted at the municipal level. It remains only to make the dispensation at the provincial level.
