Charming and bright 1924 cottage in Monkland village with gas fireplace, freshly painted, 4 bedrooms originaly. 2 bathrooms one updated. 1760 Square feet of living area + basement with family room and plenty of storage space. Garage 22 'x 11' big enough for a boat, It is possible to have a parking with a good size back yard instead.
A cozy place with lot of charm where you can enjoy the beautiful sun sets from the terrace.
Other updates:
Gas furnace 2003 with extra gravity heating and chimney liner. 200 amps electrical input. Irrigation system 2002. Alarm system. Air conditioning. Most windows 2002. New roof shingles 2010. New gas fireplace 2007. Heat reflector from gas metro that save 15% of heat lost. Flat roof and flashing are also in excellent condition.
Few advantage compare to the neighbors.
