Pretty semi-detached cottage in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve to 3 minutes walk from the subway station Honoré-Beaugrand, banking, the convenience store and pharmacy. Also nearby (5 minutes walk) from Place Versailles and Loblaws. Quiet area. The access road is also easy because at 2 minutes drive from the 25 and 40.

Built in 1992, the house has always been very well maintained and recently, the backyard has been completely refurbished including cedar patio 8 feet by 16 feet, complete with a professional canopy with a fixed structure aluminum, the pavement with Permacon paver and plantations planned for a very low maintenance.
