Built in 1992, the house has always been very well maintained and recently, the backyard has been completely refurbished including cedar patio 8 feet by 16 feet, complete with a professional canopy with a fixed structure aluminum, the pavement with Permacon paver and plantations planned for a very low maintenance.
The house is air conditioned, equipped with a connected alarm system and all the floors are slatted oak premium. A work tub was installed in the garage.
