Beautiful small house on one and a half floor. Very big land 33,000 sq ft.

Garage (shelters automobile) chicken house, big garden.

Aqueduct in basement but non-connected. Well of origin, very good water and in profusion. Municipal waste water service.

Heating oil (furnace) and warm water. Could be converted to the electricity for $6K but not necessities. Wood-fired heating also. Very economic to heat-up durng winter.

Cupboard of cooking(kitchen) and room of bath redoes the summer, 2009. Floor of ceramic tile(blow) in the floor makes in 2009. Hard wood floor makes in 2008. Roof redoes in 2008.

House with special not - conventionel, charming and comfortable.

At present rented by quiet couple without animal and non-smoking.
