This gorgeous Victorian style bungalow is 15 minutes from Parliament Hill and very close to bike paths, transit, schools and the Ottawa River. This new Victorian Garden group of homes is adjacent to established Lakeview Terrace community which offers a park, community centre, ice rink and special family events.This home was built with many upgrades including a rubber seal under the foundation. The beautifully landscaped backyard is spectacular with a fish pond,waterfall, hot tub and large cedar deck.
