Custom build bungalow, near Gatineau Airport, 1,350 sq.ft. Open concept with cathedral ceiling in the living room. 4 bed rooms and no carpet on the main floor. Propane fire place, air exchanger, central vacuum, heat pump. Spa in a 3 seasons gazebo in back yard ($15,000.00 value). Walk-in in the master bed room. Basement with large bed room, washroom and a large 20' x 20' play room. Single garage connecting with the baseman. Roof done in 2007 and most of the windows changed in 2006-2007.
