Owners’ comments
Nice semi-detached including 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Excellent location close to all amenities among which a primary school and the 20 highway. Roof redone in 2006. Nice flowers, vegetable garden and mature trees. Inclusions: fixtures in the kitchen and the corridors, lawn mower, garden tools, workbench, electrical hedge trimmers, big ladder, little wine cellar with equipment to make wine and bottle it.
