This quality cottage will seduce you with its beautiful landscaping, its in-ground heated pool, its many large bedrooms and its nice decoration.
It features 5 bedrooms : 3 upstairs, and 2 in the basement. There are quality hardwood floors on 2 stories, and natural cork flooring in the basement that is both warm and comfortable. The master bedroom is vast and has a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms on the second floor are also large and well lit.
The ceilings in the living room and dining rooms are decorated with o'gees. A beautiful stained glass window separates the two rooms.
The basement is completely finished, with a bathroom, a family room and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet.
There is a garage, and a heated in-ground swimming pool in the backyard, which has beautiful professional landscaping, with flowers all summer long. The pergola, covered with vines and clematite, is perfect for relaxing.
Heating is central, with hot air from a heat pump, allowing air conditioning in the summer.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, close to schools, transport, parks (Longueuil regional park, Mont St-Bruno) and bike paths.
