Charming Viceroy House located in a choiced area.This renovated house offers two access to the Lac Memphrémagog through Southière sur le lac and at a few minutes of walk. You will be at 5 minutes from downtowm Magog and less than 10 minutes to the Mont Orford. Just the ideal place to feel always in vacation!!!
A lot of renovations has been done (kitchen has been renovated in totality, fitted for naturel gaz oven, new floor covering, new pine wood doors and o'gees, etc...) House side panneling is in cedar and has been well maintened and also the . You will enjoy the energy efficient fireplace.
