TO SEE!!, Inground pool with integrated spa, therapeutic bath RENOVATED TO TASTE THE DAY. ROOF REDONE IN 2008. Very nice property located in a residential area, 3 bedrooms (2 ground floor, 1 basement) large entrance hall, large living room with lots of light, kitchen redecorated in 2009, dining room with high brightness and door triple patio sunny southwest, bathroom redonne in 2012 with shower and bath ceramic THERAPEUTIC, basement fully finished with functional wood stove, workshop giving access to external output, bathroom with toilet and sink. Beautiful landscaping landscaping, outdoor fireplace brick patio awning with plastic curtains smoked.
Please note the change of floor covering in living room, hardwood now, and bathroom renovated and decorated to the taste of the day (photo to come).
