10 minutes drive to Ski Bromont. On a one acre land ,a 2 storey house (28 X 28 feet plus family room 13 X 21).
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 powder room. Hardwood floor (maple) in bedrooms, living and dining rooms. Fire place in living room.
2/3 of the basement is finished other 1/3 used as a workshop.
