Semi-detached cottage with finished basement.
Hard wood floors. Back yard is facing South West of the Beauséjour primary school yard. Ingroud pool 24 feet and 6 feet deep istalles by Trevi in 1994Bathroom, powder room and laundry room and basement are all renovated. Windows and doors have been changed as of 2008. Street and very quiet environment.
