I'm looking for new owners. I have many advantages that will surely please you! The last years have been good to me ; I had the chance to be refreshed. New windows, new roofs, updated bathrooms, new floor in the basement, new stoops... I feel as if I were 20 years younger!

I'm not difficult : single person, couple, young family will perfectly suit me! All the services are near me (medical clinic, CLSC, secondary school,daycares, park, etc.). However, I am sit in a peaceful area and my neighbours are discreet and nice.
You like to play golf? No problem! There are two golf fields less than 30 minutes away from me! You like outdooring? Perfect! Kamouraska area is the perfect place for it with its tracks in the mountains and along the rivers, you can do kayak on the Saint-Lawrence River, on rivers and on lake, don't forget the breathtaking landscape ! You like restaurants with a special and unique menu? Perfect, too! Kamouraska area has a lot of good addresses. One of them is only 10 minutes by foot from me!
