Very nice landscaped property of 9927 sq ft, above ground pool (24 ft) with large patio. The backyard is intimate with it's large cedar hedges and mature trees.
The property is in good condition.
The house has a central vaccum system, air exchanger, forced air heating system, central a/c and heatpump.
A few minute walk to the beach, bike path, boat ramp (public) in Lake of Deux-Montagnes, daycare and near all other services: grade school and high school, public transit, train (7km), grocerie stores, pharmacies, etc.
