Sunny corner unit - Situated in a crescent quiet street - Windows on three sides - Very big lot of land (4800 sq f)- Pool
Situated in a great location. Within proximity of the public transport (bus and AMT train), direct access to highways 20 and 13, schools, groceries. Only 10 minutes away from the airport , 15 minutes to downtown.
BEDROOMS: two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom has cathedral ceiling and a large walk-in closet with lights and a decorative window. Second bedroom is of a convenient size with a very large closet. Another closed room with two windows in a completely finished basement can be used as bedroom, playroom or office.
BATHROOM: Large bathroom with a window. Independent shower and a podium bath.
KITCHEN: completely re-done in 2009. Self-closing silent drawers and doors with glass windows and build-in lights (controlled by remote-control).
