Welcoming mobile home
In a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Close to a small grocery store, an outdoor swimming pool, a community center and a park for children. Near the highway 15 at about 15 minutes from Montreal and close to Candiac, Delson and St-Constant.
Almost fully renovated in 2007. All the windows have a 9 years warranty. Backyard with a fence and a wooden patio set.
Also included: Slow burning fire place, air conditioned, dishwasher, fixtures and curtains.
Note that there is no "tax de bienvenue" to pay.
