Beautiful modular house on a ground of 17 000 pieds2 which belongs to you. Near the road 335, in 6 minutes of 640, 10 of Laval, it is situated well. It is in a quiet traffic circle. The kitchen redone in 2010 with cupboards in wild cherry and the bathroom with current tastes renewed in 2011 will know how to charm you. The floors of the lounge, the small room and the corridor are wooden. Several other renovations were recently made: plasters, bedroom, roof … A visit will convince you. Cause of the sale: desire to enlarge the family.
